Whangārei Marina, located in the heart of the township, has become a favourite stopover for international cruising boats. The website is the main marketing tool and often a first point of contact for the boaties planning their trip.
We chose WIX as our platform and, with the help of Zoe Hawkins of WildeMedia, created a new content plan for the site. Inspiring destination content was added as well as plenty of useful information for international arrivals. To ease the admin load, links to the berth enquiry form were given a prominent spot. New imagery was also sourced to showcase Whangārei and Northland, and the entire site was given a fresh new look.
Logo tweak
The website update provided also good opportunity to modernise the Marina logo. With some typographic tweaks and change of colour, the logo now better reflects the charm of the marina.
